The Government of Republic of Indonesia welcomes all delegates to The First Meeting of Heads of National Medicines Regulatory Authorities (NMRAs) from OIC Member Countries.

The meeting will be convened in response to the persistent situation in OIC Member Countries to consider being self-reliant and self-sufficient in their medicine availability programmes including immunization programmes by ensuring the reliable supply of good quality, safe, effective and affordable medicine including vaccines by strengthening National Regulatory Authorities.

For the purpose of the meeting, the Organising Committee has prepared information on the logistical and administrative procedures and requirements in order to participate in The First Meeting of Heads of National Medicines Authorities (NMRAs) from OIC Member Countries.

Prior to the NMRAs Meeting which will take place from 21-22 November 2018, a bussiness forum which would gather representatives from pharmaceutical industries from the OIC Member Countries, along with government representatives on 20 November 2018. The detailed information about this forum will be communicated separately in due course. Furthermore, there will be a pharmaceutical exhibition showcasing medicinal products from various OIC Member Countries will be held from 20-22 November 2018.
